Also available are special-purpose machines such as related equipment (separation, cleaning, drying machines) and surface treatment equipment (brushing, lapping machines). In particular, we have an established track record in the area of layout machines for mass finishing machines and automatic machines. We also have a substantial line-up of test machines that allow testing from large 1,000 mm sizes down to small products of less than 1 mm.

Customers can choose from a substantial lineup of abrasive media/compounds that meet their specific needs. 1,500 types of abrasive media, 500 types of compounds. We are also developing and providing exclusive products matched to specific customer requirements.

As a result of materials technology, granulation technology and extrusion molding technology that began with grindstones and developed in mass finishing, our inert products and catalyst carrier products have answered the quality requirements needs of engineering manufacturers and catalyst manufacturers, respectively, over the past 50 years. As a result, our reliable Tipton Ceram brand is being used in many plants both in Japan and overseas. In particular, we possess a technology capable of precisely controlling the pore-size distribution (pore diameter) of porous ceramic and the specific surface area, and are providing products of consistently high quality to the market.

Our company's roots date back to 1939 when we were founded as an exclusive manufacturer of grinding wheels. In the 50 years since vitrified thin grinding wheels started to be extensively used for the polishing of metal saws for cutting thin metal, we have supplied the building industry with tile accessories (corner, L-shaped tiles). In particular, in customers in the bonding industry, we have earned an impressive track record and have amassed specialist expertise over the past 50 years. As a result of our response to the needs for new materials in keeping with technical progress at our customers and product development, we have gained the leading share of this niche market.
