① Heavy-Pressure Barrel Finishing Machine “Mighty-Mild”: Utilizing patented “low-speed, high-pressure flow” technology, it uniformly finishes even the finest details of products with intricate and complex shapes in less time than conventional methods. It also significantly reduces chipping and impact marks.

② Micro Precision Media E Series: Its special shape thoroughly polishes even complex workpieces like gears into the corners, achieving high dimensional accuracy while reducing media clogging on the workpiece.

③ Others: We will also introduce the desktop rotary barrel polishing machine FH-3 and our polishing simulation service using CAE. • High-Gravitational Barrel Finishing Machine: Mighty-Mild

Utilizing our patented “low-speed, high-pressure flow” technology, the Mighty-Mild significantly reduces processing time to one-third compared to conventional centrifugal barrel machines. In addition, it decreases media wear by 50% and suppresses workpiece damage such as dents and chipping by up to 80%.

• Drag Finishing Machine

The Drag Finish machine enables fast and efficient processing of long workpieces through high-speed rotation and a wide range of adjustable holding angles. The use of a keyless chuck also reduces setup time significantly. This system is ideally suited for polishing tools, and artificial bones.

• Centrifugal Barrel Finisher: HS-R30ACE

The HS-R30ACE has been fully redesigned based on our extensive sales record, with a focus on improved operability and safety. The detachable barrel tubs allow for external setup, significantly reducing changeover time. In addition, the rubber linings are also removable, making replacement quick and easy.

• Media for Barrel Finishing

We will be exhibiting our “SMD” series, ideal for mirror finishing of hard materials such as carbide tools. In addition, our “E Series,” a line of precision micro media designed to thoroughly polish even the intricate details of complex-shaped components.
