TVF Achieves Stable Temperature Control Within ±0.2°C for Continuous Crystallization Applications.

The TVF Taylor Couette Flow Continuous Crystallization & Reaction System delivers outstanding temperature control performance, achieving stable temperature control within ±0.2°C during continuous operation.

In crystallization processes, even slight temperature fluctuations can significantly affect particle size distribution and crystal quality. Therefore, maintaining stable outlet liquid temperature control within approximately ±0.5°C is essential for achieving consistent process performance.

To minimize heat generation caused by the drive system rotating shaft drive mechanism, sealing components, and shear forces inside the reactor, TVF incorporates several advanced temperature-control technologies:

・High-precision rotating shaft accuracy within ±5 μm to reduce heat generation in the drive system its drive mechanism

・Proprietary double mechanical seal design that minimizes heat generation

・High-efficiency outer jacket structure for superior heat transfer performance

By combining these advanced technologies, TVF® significantly improves temperature stability during continuous operation. Testing confirmed that fluctuations in outlet liquid temperature were reduced from approximately ±2°C in conventional systems to a stable range of ±0.2°C.

This high level of temperature control performance capability has led to the adoption of TVF in continuous crystallization and continuous flow synthesis applications.

Tipton now accepts contract manufacturing for liquid and powder products.

We can handle any liquid and powder products you may need such as mass finishing compounds and soft media to water-soluble abrasive-enhancing agent, water-soluble rust-proofing agent, water-soluble cleaning agent, etc.

If you are considering to outsource (OEM), please contact us.

Mass finishing simulation as a service analysis

We have begun offering state of the art simulation that allows for a visualization and quantification of mass finishing. In addition to the speed and pressure of each workpiece and media, important indicators such as the amount of polishing and damage to the workpiece can also be quantified. This makes it possible to extract information that cannot be obtained from polishing tests only, such as what is happening during the polishing process and analyze it in detail.

Our simulations can be used to improve polishing efficiency, reduce defect rates and help decide which equipment best suit your needs.

<Features>

・ Visualize the movement inside

・The amount of polishing and impact force can be quantified

・ Optimal rotation speeds and media selection can be determined.

・ Understand the cause of scratches and chips

・Highly accurate analysis

Launch of our GO-Series; an Expansion of our Wear-Resistant Abrasive Media Range

We launched our new “GO series” of abrasive media on January 2023; an expansion to our our highly appraised heavy grinding-use “HV Series” media. This concludes our High-Durability lineup which consists of our GO series (for general grinding) and HV series (for heavy grinding) .
GO Series Specifications:
・For General Grinding use
・Comes in sizes as small as φ3mm (3/32 Inch)
・40% less wear (more durability) than its predecessor
Its higher durability means less wear, a smaller consumption rate in production, less waste water requiring treatment and a decrease in overall running costs. It also reduces users’ negative impact on the environment.
