We are trying to elucidate the barrel finishing mechanism in a collaboration with Kanazawa University.
Our invention “Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machine and Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Method” (Patent No. 6666960), which prevents human errors by using a sensor to check whether the barrel tank machine is correctly clamped and fixed to the machine body at the start of polishing.
