We are exhibiting at current EPHJ – The world of high precision at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland!

From June 11th to the 14th 2024, Tipton has been exhibiting at EPHJ – The world of high precision at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.

We are exhibiting our Mighty Mild MM1-4V (1 liter barrel x 4 turrets) and showcase our media and applicable use cases at our booth. Our patented technology enables stronger and more efficient polishing than conventional polishing methods. Our Hi-Gravitational barrel finishing machine Mighty-Mild® utilizes our innovative flow technology can contribute to improvement in productivity for workpieces that are highly susceptible to damage such as chipping.

Additionally, we are exhibiting new precision and polishing media along with example workpieces that aim to expand the application of barrel polishing.

We’re looking forward to meet with many visitors at our B108 booth and are excited at the prospect of sharing our mass finishing technology at EPHJ.

5th Industry-Academia Collaboration Achivement Presentation

On Wednesday, May 22, 2024, the 5th joint research results presentation meeting between Kanazawa University, Kobe University, and our company was held at the company’s main hall.

 

This year, there were presentations on five themes.

・Kanazawa University: 2 lectures on barrel polishing

・Kobe University: 1 lecture on Taylor vortex nanoreactor

・Employee presentation: 2 new product developments

 

We look forward to publishing these research results in conference presentations and papers.

We will continue to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and Tipton’s technological foundation.

Publication of “International patent for manufacturing method of capsule particles using TVF”

An international patent application has been published that dramatically improves the productivity of capsule particles such as mRNA by using the Taylor vortex flow nanoreactor “TVF🄬”.
This is a joint invention between Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. and Tipton Corp. entitled “Taylor Reactor and Capsule Particle Manufacturing Method” (Publication number WO/2024/085149).

TVF🄬 (Taylor Vortex Flow Nanoreactor) will be exhibited at CPHI Japan 2024

Held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 17th (Wednesday) to April 19th (Friday), Tipton will exhibit our TVF-01 at Sojitz Machinery’s booth (booth number: 4W-04).

TVF🄬 differs from the batch method that was the mainstream in conventional crystallization processes by achieving stable synthetic crystallization using continuous flow.
