TVF🄬 is a continuous crystallizer/reactor using Taylor vortex.

The Taylor vortex flow produces uniform shearing force and enables continuous crystallization, which is difficult to achieve with conventional batch-type crystallizers. Sharp particle size distribution is obtained due to good extrudability and uniform velocity gradient.

We have a proven track record in the production process of bulk pharmaceuticals and low-molecular-weight pharmaceuticals.

We will be exhibiting the following at the show:

Mighty-Mild – Thanks to its dedicated 2-motor configuration, high-gravitational forces of up to 40Gs can be exerted on the work which significantly reduces impingement and prolongs the usage of media due to its milder and more concentrated grinding power within the barrel.

Drag Finish – Drag finishing involves dragging parts through a bed of loose abrasive media combined with an abrasive or polishing compound. Ideal for large parts and eliminates impingement.

We will also be exhibiting an array of our abrasive media, such as our SMD which is ideal for mirror finishing of hard products such as carbide tools, and precision micro media E Series, which can finish some of the most complex shapes in mass finishing.
