We will be exhibiting the multi-spin type coating machine “ECX” in the FOOMA pavilion, which is expected to reduce time, material loss, and save on labor. By processing using the vortex flow as formed characteristically by ECX’s multi-spin mechanism, it is possible to process quickly and uniformly. Our products are used by many customers both domestically and internationally including major confectionery manufacturers – chocolate coating, bean confections, gummies, etc.

Numerous examples of processing will be exhibited, together with new products of interest from various industries.

On display will be “Mighty MildⓇ” heavy-pressure barrel finishing machine and “CWS” straight in-line type vibratory barrel, both of which use a unique low-speed, high-pressure flow that is powerful but does not damage workpieces, as well as the Drag Finish, which is perfect for polishing tools and artificial bones.

Furthermore, for media, we will exhibit “SMD,” which is excellent for mirror finishing of hard products such as cemented carbide tools, and “E Series,” precision micro media that can finish even the smallest details of products with complicated shapes.
