For 6 days from the November 8th to 13th (2022) , we exhibited in JIMTOF 2022 at Tokyo Big-Site.

We exhibited the coating machine “Coaterow”. Coaterow achieve reduce coating time, reduce loss, uniformity, and semi-automation by unprecedented vortex flow.
