We will exhibit our “Mighty・Mild🄬” panels at The Japan Society for Abrasive Technology (ABTEC2024)

Venue: Aore Nagaoka (1-4-10 Ote-dori, Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture). Accessible by JR Nagaoka Station.

 

During the event, we will be exhibiting the following products developed by our company.

①Hi-gravitational barrel polishing machine Mighty-Mild (MM): Using our patented technology “low-speed, high-pressure flow,” MM can uniformly finish products with fine and complex shapes in a shorter time than before. It also greatly reduces damage and impingements.

②Soft media SMD: Can polish hard products such as ultra-steel tools to a mirror finish while maintaining its longevity per use thus making it an economical choice. We will also display processed samples.

③Barrel simulation: Visualizes and quantifies the polishing outcome thereby optimizing the decision-making process to improve production efficiency.

26th Interphex Japan – [Pharmaceuticals] [Cosmetics] Manufacturing Exhibition

 

At this exhibition, we will introduce the Taylor vortex flow nanoreactor – TVF🄬, which revolutionizes the drug manufacturing process with continuous flow synthesis and continuous crystallization. We will also be demonstrating the granulation/coating equipment ECX Ps – a multi-spin type powder mixer that can process everything from fine particles to tablets.

Our experienced staff will propose solutions to problems such as shortening the development period and improving productivity required for pharmaceuticals in the VUCA era by using Tipton’s innovative flow technology. We look forward to seeing you there.

We are exhibiting at current EPHJ – The world of high precision at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland!

From June 11th to the 14th 2024, Tipton has been exhibiting at EPHJ – The world of high precision at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.

We are exhibiting our Mighty Mild MM1-4V (1 liter barrel x 4 turrets) and showcase our media and applicable use cases at our booth. Our patented technology enables stronger and more efficient polishing than conventional polishing methods. Our Hi-Gravitational barrel finishing machine Mighty-Mild® utilizes our innovative flow technology can contribute to improvement in productivity for workpieces that are highly susceptible to damage such as chipping.

Additionally, we are exhibiting new precision and polishing media along with example workpieces that aim to expand the application of barrel polishing.

We’re looking forward to meet with many visitors at our B108 booth and are excited at the prospect of sharing our mass finishing technology at EPHJ.

TVF🄬 (Taylor Vortex Flow Nanoreactor) will be exhibited at CPHI Japan 2024

Held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 17th (Wednesday) to April 19th (Friday), Tipton will exhibit our TVF-01 at Sojitz Machinery’s booth (booth number: 4W-04).

TVF🄬 differs from the batch method that was the mainstream in conventional crystallization processes by achieving stable synthetic crystallization using continuous flow.

We are happy to have exhibited at a leading trade fair for deburring technologies and precision surfaces, DeburringEXPO, which was held in Karlsruhe, Germany for 3 days from October 10th (Tue.) to 12th (Thu.) 2023.  ※Past event

 

Our patented technology enables stronger and milder polishing than conventional polishing methods. We exhibited our Hi-Gravitational barrel finishing machine Mighty-Mild®, which utilizes our innovative flow technology that can contribute to improvement in productivity for workpieces that are highly susceptible to damage such as chipping.

Additionally, we exhibited new polishing media and example workpieces, “SMD” (dry soft media), which can achieve surface roughness of Ra<0.005μm and glossiness>1,000.
