We are happy to have exhibited at a leading trade fair for deburring technologies and precision surfaces, DeburringEXPO, which was held in Karlsruhe, Germany for 3 days from October 10th (Tue.) to 12th (Thu.) 2023.　　※Past event

Our patented technology enables stronger and milder polishing than conventional polishing methods. We exhibited our Hi-Gravitational barrel finishing machine Mighty-Mild®, which utilizes our innovative flow technology that can contribute to improvement in productivity for workpieces that are highly susceptible to damage such as chipping.

Additionally, we exhibited new polishing media and example workpieces, “SMD” (dry soft media), which can achieve surface roughness of Ra<0.005μm and glossiness>1,000.

Over three days from WED 4th to FRI 6th of October 2023, we exhibited at the “Manufacturing World 2023” Show at INTEX OSAKA in the “Factory Facilities & Equipment Expo”.

We presented our industry leading barrel finishing (mass-finishing) machinery, abrasive media and compounds.
Our newly developed compact Mighty Mild (a Hi-Gravity Finishing Device), Drag Finish, HS-R30ACE, ECX-40Ps and other devices making new grounds in terms of safety, ergonomics and performance, were on display.
We also gathered our high-performance abrasive medias, compounds and high precision micro-media; all of which are revolutionary products that solve past industry issues.

EMO Hannover 2023 was held in Hannover, Germany for 6 days from September 18th (Monday) to 23rd (Saturday) 2023.

Our patented technology enables stronger and more efficient polishing than conventional polishing methods. We exhibited two models of our Hi-Gravitational barrel finishing machine Mighty-Mild®, which utilizes our innovative flow technology that can contribute to improvement in productivity for workpieces that are highly susceptible to damage such as chipping.

Additionally, we exhibited new polishing media and example workpieces that aim to expand the application of barrel polishing.

We had the privilege to meet with many visitors and were delighted to be able to share our mass finishing technology at EMO Hannover 2023.

We exhibited at the 25th INTERPHEX JAPAN held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from July 5 (Wed.) to July 7 (Fri.), 2023.

We were performing demonstrations of our “TVF🄬”, a continuous flow amalgamator and crystallizer which revolutionizes production for active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), and our “ECX Ps, a multi-spin powder mixing, granulation, refining and coating device at Interphex Japan this year.

Our booth was also a great success with many visitors.
